  • Administrator / Receptionist

    Stop is seeking an Administrator to be the welcoming face of our organisation while providing high-quality administrative support to our team. This role is Part Time 24 hours- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

    In this part-time role, you’ll manage our reception area and ensure clients and staff receive exceptional service. You’ll handle enquiries, coordinate day-to-day office tasks, and support a range of administrative functions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a role where every day looks a little different.

    • Greet visitors and manage front-of-house interactions
    • Answer incoming calls and respond to general enquiries
    • Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area
    • Assist with scheduling, meeting room bookings, and basic coordination
    • Support office administration tasks, including correspondence, data entry, database management and ordering office supplies.
    • Assist the team with general administrative needs as required
    • Provide support with travel arrangements, meetings, events, and staff communications

  • Specialist Clinician (Nelson)

    Stop is looking for a Specialist Clinician to work with children and adolescents in Nelson. The role will be 32 hours per week.

    The role involves the delivery of therapeutic assessment and intervention for children and adolescents who have been referred for concerning or harmful sexual behaviour.
    The role will report to the Team Leader - Adolescent Services and you will have proven experience and skills in therapeutic work with children and adolescents, ideally in both individual and family therapy.
    You will join a team that supports and collaborates together to achieve our guiding vision: He hapori waatea taitookai - A community free from sexual harm.
