How do I get referred to the Children's Programme?

Referrals are accepted from Child, Youth and Family Service, health professionals, counsellors, police, school principals, school social workers and parents      

Initial contact is generally made via phone or email contact with the Clinical Team Leader of the programme nearest the child:

If the referral fits the criteria for the programme, the referral person completes a Referral form and returns it to the Clinical Team Leader- STOP  Children & Adolescent   Programmes
